Sip champagne while virtuoso Joseph Stone, a graduate of two prominent American conservatories, performs Chopin & other masters on the Steinway grand in his beautifully restored Stone House. Then stroll across the street to The Elms, where renowned owner/chef Esther Carpenter will serve a sumptuous four-course dinner in the antebellum mansion’s beautifully appointed dining room arrayed with antique china & heirloom silver. A graduate of the Culinary Institute, Hyde Park, New York, Carpenter’s culinary style combines her Southern heritage with her classical training. Live the 19th century history of these two unique homes that were originally on one estate built by David Stanton in the 1850's. Price for the evening is calculated per person based on the date, number of guests and menu.
